Revenue Radar — Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Revenue Radar app ("the App"), operated by PÉCI Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (PÉCI Kft., a Hungarian limited liability company), Aradi utca 5., 2119 Pécel, Hungary, company registry number Cg. 13-09-089813, tax number 12761609-2-13 ("we", "us"). By installing the App you agree to them.

1. The service

The App is an embedded Shopify analytics dashboard, reachable only from your Shopify admin. After installation it registers a Shopify web pixel that observes four checkout events on your storefront — product added to cart, cart viewed, checkout started, checkout completed — and sends them to our collector. The dashboard then shows bot-filtered abandonment figures over a time window you choose, and a product-level breakdown of where carts are lost; the Pro plan adds alerts for products whose abandonment rate has measurably worsened and a CSV export of the underlying figures (see Plans and billing below).

The pixel collects only what the funnel needs from each event: the product, variant, price and quantity of each line item, and the cart or checkout total and currency. The App's Shopify access is limited to the scopes that make this possible (write_pixels, read_customer_events) — it does not request access to your customers' names, emails, addresses, or order history, and the pixel itself never reads or sends them. The App does not identify, contact, or message your customers, and it does not modify your storefront, checkout, or theme beyond the pixel required to collect these events.

It requires a Shopify store and installation through the Shopify App Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorised to act for the merchant account that installs the App and must comply with Shopify's own terms.

3. Plans and billing

All charges are billed through Shopify's billing system; we never see your payment details. You can upgrade, downgrade, or return to the free plan at any time from the App's Plans page, without contacting support. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where Shopify's billing rules provide otherwise.

4. Your responsibilities

You remain the data controller for your store's visitor data. You are responsible for ensuring your own store policies disclose the use of analytics tools such as the App, and for the accuracy of decisions you take based on the App's figures.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse engineer the App, use it to process data of stores you do not control, or resell access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its code, and its visual design remain ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your store while it is installed. Your store's data remains yours.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not warrant that using the App will increase your revenue. Analytics figures are estimates built from storefront events and bot-filtering heuristics; we do not warrant that they are complete or error-free, and they are not financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE OR LOST DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE APP IS CAPPED AT THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. (This paragraph is set in capitals because United States contract practice requires limitation clauses to be conspicuous.) Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnity

You will hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

10. Term and termination

These terms apply while the App is installed. Uninstalling ends the licence; data deletion then follows the Privacy Policy (account data on uninstall, everything else on Shopify's shop redaction request 48 hours later). We may terminate for material breach.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Hungary; courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or merchant protection rules provide otherwise.
