Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-07-31

These terms cover the peci.io website and its free content and email sign-ups. They do not cover the Persistent Cart Shopify app, which will have its own separate Terms of Service published when the app launches.

1. Who we are

The peci.io website ("Site") is operated by Peci Kft., 2119 Pécel, Aradi u. 5, Hungary (company registration Cg. 13-09-089813; VAT HU12761609) ("Company", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@peci.io.

2. What the Site provides

The Site provides information about our products and free educational content, including the Revenue Leak Checklist. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.

3. Email sign-ups

Where the Site offers an email sign-up, providing your email address is voluntary and based on your consent. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Notice. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@peci.io.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, checklists) are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may view and use the content for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell or republish it as your own without our prior written permission.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the same extent, the Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy and data practices.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the version number and date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
